Writing hacks and exploits to be illegal in the UK

It seems that changes to the laws in England have been proposed to make it illegal to create exploits and hacks. The problem is that the language seems so vague that it could include lots of other activities also.

- Simply because the cartoon is irrelevant to the fanatic religious leaders who are pushing for violence. They used it as a starting point to fuel their special interest. Who wants to bet that 99% of the rioters haven't even seen the cartoon.
